COVID & the 2020/2021 Season


Holiday rental cancellation terms are subject to French legislation. The French government may decide to introduce specific measures for tourism which could modify the terms that can or must be applied.

You are strongly advised to follow the evolution of travel insurance terms and ensure that your policy offers the best cover possible, in particular for the medical risks for you and your family that may affect your ability to travel.

Cleaning of the property between reservations is as per the French Protocole Sanitaire UNPLV O²Care Services – Juin 2020 standard.

We appreciate that these are very strange times and feel that the ‘risk’ that everyone is living with benefits from a little flexibility from us all. As a consequence should your need to cancel be as a direct consequence of Covid (example -borders being closed or the lead booker testing positive for Covid) we would like to work with you to agree on a route forwards.


Our strong recommendation is for you to purchase holiday insurance and there are companies covering cancellations due to Covid.

Covid Rules

In line with track and trace requirements, we retain guest details for a period of 4 weeks after checkout.

Full details will be provided in your welcome pack but we ask all guests to remove the beds sheets and open all their windows on departure day. Check out is by 10am to allow sufficient time to clean between guests and to air the property as per covid guidelines.
