HazelnutsLa Maison de la Noisette – 24km from the Gite. Try the Macaroons With hazelnut flour! Delicious! Tour the farm and see how they support the global demand for Hazelnuts in everything from skincare to praline chocolate.

ChocolateRody Chocolaterie– 30 Km from the Gite. Hand made chocolates and an educational museum PLUS a great bakery!

Wine – Buzet – Nous Les Vignerons de Buzet – 1800 Hectares of vines, 90 winegrowers form this coperative. Tasting and Tours 40km from the Gite.

MeatsMon Couchon – 9km from the Gite – A local farm that breeds and cures its own meats to make superb charcuterie and sausages. Take a tour of the farm to learn the business and see the products made in the specialist kitchens.

If dining out is your preference do let us know and we would be happy to suggest some local restaurants. Within 20 minutes drive you have a number of options to choose from but a car is necessary.
